This is a paid, part-time position reporting directly to the Board of Directors. It would be ideal for a retired person. Applicants should be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for day to day operations of the Pantry as well as preparing monthly and quarterly statistical reports to satisfy our grant requirements and to keep the Board of Directors informed.
Applicants must have good people skills, be willing to supervise the volunteer workers and have good written and verbal skills. The Director is expected to attend the evening Board meetings six times a year.
Hours would be 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., three mornings a week, plus time needed to fulfill the job responsibilities, up to 20 hours per week total.
